JGRevit is a company that produces and sells 3D models for Revit.

This document is the official public offering addressed to an indefinite scope of people with the aim of entering into a contract under the terms and conditions set out below.

If you want to create an account, you need to read, understand and accept these

Terms of use for customers.

These Terms of Use create a legally binding agreement between JGRevit and You.

You do not accept these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using the Service.

By purchasing our models, you can:

● use our products in your projects, using your images without obligation to indicate copyrights

● apply images of our 3D models to promotional media, such as t-shirts, posters, banners, etc .;

● demonstrate the use of our 3D models or images with them in the form of any advertisement;

● use our 3D models or their two-dimensional images on television, as part of any TV program or separately;

● use our 3D models or their 2D images as part of films, promotional videos, theatrical presentations or computer games;

● publish only 2D images of our 3D models on the Internet, for example, as online product advertisements or our portfolios;

● create architectural objects or any type of urban planning project using our 3D models;

● create your works in a final two-dimensional form using 3D models, for example, interior design renderings, as well as entering into licensing contracts for the work created;

● make any changes to our 3D models without creating a new 3D model;

● use 3D models anonymously, for example, without mentioning the names of their authors.

It is strictly prohibited:

● conclude licensing agreements (sublicensing) with third parties in relation to our 3D models;

● sell or donate electronic media containing our 3D models, such as flash drives or hard drives;

● rent or lend our 3D models, such as flash drives or hard drives, free of charge;

● upload the 3D models in their original form on the Internet;

● include 3D models in any databases, catalogs;

● create your 3D models based on our 3D models.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. “Agreement” is the text of these Terms of Use for Customers with all its attachments, amendments and supplements

1.2. “Customer”, “You” is an individual who has reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years of age who wishes to create their own account or has already created it to use the Service under this Agreement and has been granted “Customer” status under this Agreement.

1.3. “Registration” is the successful completion of the registration form by the Customer that allows the creation of the Customer Account.

1.4. "Account" is the personal section of the Site to which the Client obtains access after registration and / or login to the Site, which contains a set of data relating to the Client, including his personal data and the internal information of the Service relating to the Client which allows Customer to use the Service.

1.7. “Site” is the site hosted on the domain. The Site contains a database of 3D Family, textures and materials (hereinafter - the “Database”) available to Customers. A 3D Model (hereinafter - the “Model”) is a separate item from the Database and an object of copyright.

1.9. "Family" is a 3D modeling product, as well as textures and other associated materials intended for use by Customers under this Agreement, uploaded to the Site Database by the Author. Family rights are licensed to us by authors under the Author Terms of Use and may be sublicensed by us to you under this instrument. Each family is listed in one of the following categories: PACK FREE, PACK 100, PACK 1000 or PACK 2000.

1.10. "Spam" is Content that consists of any advertisements not authorized by us, links to malicious sites and any abusive or unwanted information.

1.11. The Contract may contain concepts not defined above, in which case those concepts will be interpreted in accordance with the text of the Contract, applicable legislation, scientific doctrine and business practice.
